The members of the leadership or technical or administrative team are allowed to request a partial or complete update of the content of the policy or a group of polices according to the objectives and tasks of the deanship and the developments witnessed in the field of information technology in line with the rules, regulations, policies, directives, and recommendations of the relevant parties.
A partial revision of the content of all the policies must take place regularly, particularly at the end of the implementation of each operational plan of the deanship.

Approved policies cannot be updated until they have been reviewed and approved by the relevant committees of the deanship and the leadership team.
