To live up to the vision and mission of UQU, and to achieve the objectives of its portal, we seek to provide the best possible services to the users, including citizens, residents and visitors as well as, the business sector.
To recognize what the portal will do to achieve these goals, we have identified the most prominent obligations of the portal as follows:
The complaints and inquiries are connected automatically to the relevant departments to speed up the delivery of messages to the relevant department and follow up with the messages up till they are responded to by those departments. The time set for giving response is three working days and based on the type of the subject. In the event of delayed response, the message is escalated automatically and the system sends emails via mobile phone (after activing the service). When the concerned department responds to the message, the case is closed by the employee.
