Since one of its main objectives is preparing skilled citizens qualified to perform their duties related to the advancement of their nation in the light of the principles of Islam, the UQU Portal only allows personal non-profit use for the visitor to benefit from its content or any information published on it, provided that the visitor shall cite the portal as the source of such content and information.

UQU Portal is an important channel of communication between the University and the beneficiaries of its services. Provided that any relation between two parties requires setting of general guidelines and standards to ensure boosting and developing such relation to realize the highest benefits, the Portal has established a charter for such beneficiaries and users to provide them with a clear understanding of the portal duties and their responsibilities towards the Portal.

The complaints and inquiries are connected automatically to the relevant departments to speed up the delivery of messages to the relevant department and follow up with the messages up till they are responded to by those departments. The time set for giving response is three working days and based on the type of the subject. In the event of delayed response, the message is escalated automatically and the system sends emails via mobile phone (after activing the service). When the concerned department responds to the message, the case is closed by the employee.
