Overview:

The Department of Administrative Affairs and Training seeks to participate in the study and preparation of business plans for all departments at the Deanship and follow up the implementation process thereof. It is also authorized to prepare, implement and follow-up training plans and programs for the Girls Section, and to evaluate completed student training courses inside and outside the Vice-Deanship. In addition, the Department secures the requirements for the work of its sections, and seeks constant follow-up of work and evaluation of its employees’ performance. It also comprises two sections that operate integrally to implement the missions assigned to the Department in coordination with the rest of the Vice-Deanship’s departments. This is in order to achieve the objectives of the Vice-Deanship’s operational plan. The sections of the Department are as follows:   


Administrative Affairs Section:

The section provides the following services:

  • Completing and following up the Vice-Deanship's administrative transactions.
  • Keeping record of human resources’ attendance and raising them to the Vice-Dean and the Dean.
  • Following up requests and requirements of the Vice-Deanship's female affiliates such as evaluation, leave, observation, promotion and other positions associated with the human resources of the Deanship.
  • Participating in the preparation of business plans related to the Vice-Deanship's departments, and following up the implementation process thereof.
  • Completing and following up administrative services, work and requirements of the Vice-Deanship.
  • Communicating and sharing data with the various administrative authorities in the Deanship.

Training Section:

The section provides the following services:

  • Preparing training plans and programs for the Girls Section inside and outside the Vice-Deanship.
  • Implementing, coordinating and following up the implementation of training courses for female students inside and outside the Vice-Deanship.
  • Following up and evaluating training courses for female students.
  • Preparing reports on training activities and submitting them to the Vice-Deanship.
  • Communicating and exchanging data with the various training authorities in the Deanship.
