To ensure the management of IT projects at Umm Al-Qura University in accordance with the methodology followed by the Deanship of Information Technology for the duration of the project. To ensure the continuity of project management effectively within the permitted areas of application, taking into account quality, resources (time and budget), and risks. To ensure proper control and governance of project management. Quality assurance, communication development, and risk management plans and their implementation for the duration of the project. To ensure appropriate approvals and authorizations for the duration of the project. To ensure communication with all stakeholders without exception and to familiarize them with all details. To ensure that post-implementation audits are carried out effectively to ensure the better implementation of projects.
