The duties of the Committee are as follows:
- Following up the complaints of the college personnel, and completion of the necessary procedures, according to the mechanism adopted in the college.
- Studying any proposals and constructive views that the committee have received, and referring the conclusions and recommendations to the college administration, for them to take the required procedures in this regard.
- Submitting an annual report on the work of the Complaints Committee in order to present it to the College Council.
- Undertaking other assignments, as required.
