The duties of the Committee are as follows:

1. Formulating the necessary executive procedures for the work of the committee.
2. Implementing the committee's projects concerned with the strategic plan for the college and academic accreditation.
3. Holding seminars, conferences and workshops to raise the level of scientific research in the college as well as that of the published research.
4. Coordinating with the Vice Deanship of Scientific Research at the university, and informing all the academic staff of all relevant updates related to scientific research.
5. Undertaking other assignments, as required.
