The duties of the Committee are as follows:

1. Examining the violations referred to the committee (for disciplinary action).
2. Summoning the parties of the case required to provide oral testimony.
3. Recommending the enforcement of penalties as stipulated in the university's disciplinary bylaws.
4. Reporting its recommendations to the college dean.
