Al-Leith University College, represented by the Preparatory Year Unit, organized an introductory meeting for the eight full-time students enrolled in the Preparatory Year Program for the year 1439/1440 A.H. The meeting was attended by His Excellency Dr. Hady Al-Samadany, the College Deputy supervising the Preparatory Year Program for male students.
The meeting started by introducing the academic system to the students, together with all the relevant procedures and operational rules. They were also introduced to everything related to the preparatory year, including the conditions and criteria necessary for passing this year successfully.
Dr. Hady clarified that the Preparatory Year (Evening Hours) is a two-semester academic year offered by the University for students who were not lucky enough to be accepted into the University. During the two semesters, students get to study a number of curricula that qualify them to be university students on an equal footing with the full-time students at the University.
At the end of the meeting, there was time for an open discussion and questions from students. Finally, the students received souvenirs from the College Admin.
A similar meeting was held in the female students' section. It was attended by Her Excellency Dr. Iman Al-Lihiby, the College Deputy supervising the Preparatory Year Program (Evening Hours) for female students.
