This morning, Wednesday, 4 Sha`ban 1442 A.H., the University College in Al-Leith received the President of Umm Al-Qura University, Prof. Moaddi bin Muhammad Aal Madh-hab, along with the university vice presidents in an inspection visit to Al-Leith University College. The UQU President was received by the Dean of the College, His Excellency Dr. Muhammad bin Abdullah Al-Maliki. The visit included a meeting with members of the academic staff of the university branch in Al-Leith.

The meeting was opened by His Excellency the Dean of the College, who welcomed the UQU President, UQU vice presidents, and the accompanying delegation. He appreciated the UQU President's visit to Al-Leith colleges to check on their programs and needs, and meet with the staff members. The meeting also included an introductory presentation on the establishment of the colleges of the university branch in Al-Leith, their educational programs, and their objectives. The presentation was made by the Dean of the College and was prepared and directed by Mr. Ahmad Hajjou from the Department of English and Mr. Ahmad Ba-Muharram from the Department of Arabic Language, in coordination with the various colleges.

At the end of the meeting, the floor was opened for suggestions and inquiries from the audience. After this, the President of the University and the accompanying delegation inspected the classrooms and laboratories in the college buildings.
