Preparing the Buildings of Al-Leith University College (Male and Female Sections) for the Staff to Return to the Workplace

His Excellency the UQU President, Prof. Abdullah bin Omar Bafail, issued a circular to remove the suspension of attendance and for the partial return to the workplace, while applying the preventive protocols in order to return safely to work. Accordingly, on Sunday, 8 Shawwal, 1441 A.H., Al-Leith University College received no less than 50% of its staff, dividing them into groups and enabling them to have flexible work hours, according to the precautionary measures to prevent the spread of the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) epidemic. The rest of the employees will continue to work remotely, according to the approved system for the gradual return to the workplace.

As the deanship and administration of Al-Leith University College is keen to keep the employees of the college safe, the administration of the college has taken a number of preventive measures under the supervision of the Administrative Director, Mr. Turki bin Ali Al-Harqan, and his assistant at the female section, Ms. Hanan bint Najim Al-Eryani. The preventive measures include cleaning and sterilizing the entire building, including its administrative offices, classrooms, and corridors. The administration of the field office in Al-Leith provided the staff of the college with medical supplies to protect against infection, such as medical masks, gloves, and sterilizers, which are placed at all entrances of the buildings and offices.

It is worth mentioning that services are still only offered to the beneficiaries via the digital channels, such as the electronic tickets and services provided to the students. This includes all the services which the students require and can be offered without needing to visit the college. Moreover, contact information is displayed on the website of the college for the beneficiaries to use.

May Allah protect everyone from all harm and remove the epidemic. Indeed, He is the Patron Who is capable of all things.
