The Department of Chemistry at Al-Leith University College, under the supervision of the Head of the Department, Dr. Nihad Sha`ir, organized the activity of preparing some meals that are no longer widely known under the title of "We Serve Your Breakfast", such as Marquq [bread and milk pudding], Fattah [small pieces of bread mixed with margarine], Masabeeb [pastries served with honey], bread with honey, Mahshi [stuffed dishes], salep drink, millet, Khamira [bread served with condiments] and Balilah [a dish made from wheat and milk], in addition to some drinks and juices.
