The Department of Physics (Female Section) at Al-Leith University College held a recycling activity on Monday, 25 Rabi` Al-Awwal, 1440 A.H. The activity was carried out by the female students of the Department of Physics with the aim of introducing the recycling process and its environmental, economic, and social benefits. This included presenting the work and designs of the students that used materials from around the house, such as magazines, metal cans, and other similar materials, which were recycled in different ways.
The activity was held under the supervision of the deputy head of the department, Dr. Nihad Abdul-Qadir Sha`ir, and the curriculum professor, Dr. Shuruq Wasl Al-Radadi.
