Al-Leith University College held a workshop to discuss the work plan of the initiative entitled, 'Welcome to Pilgrims', within the initiatives of the Third Mecca Cultural Forum which is held this year under the emblem, 'How can we develop our cities to serve Hajj and Umrah'.
The workshop was divided into stages and duties. It began by forming a team from the academic staff, students and employees by creating a link where volunteers can register on the college website and social media, and preparing a list of those who registered. This was in addition to:
- Designing the emblem of the initiative being
- Determining the suitable courses that are concerned with qualifying volunteers, from the suggestions offered by the workshop team.
The workshop attracted academic staff, administrative employees, and students at Al-Leith University College. Registration will be kept opened till the beginning of the qualifying courses held for volunteers.
