The Department of Social Service at Al-Leith University College (female section) organized an activity about the relationship between the social sciences and social service on Sunday, 10 Rabi` Al-Awwal. The event was held by the female students of the Department of Social Service as part of the Introduction to Social Science course, division 141.
The activity included selecting two branches of social science (linguistics and psychology), discussing the features of the Arabic language, and citing some examples. The students also spoke about social psychology as one of the branches of psychology in terms of its objectives and importance in the different areas of life and how to link it with social service.
The activity was held under the supervision of the deputy head of the department, Dr. Rasha Majlad, and the course lecturer, Ms. Laila Al-Abbud.
