The Arabic Language Department at Al-Leith University College held a training course entitled 'Team Building'. It was offered by the department supervisor, Dr. Jamal Abu Al-Na`aj. He dealt with both the practical and theoretical aspects of team building and pointed out the required criteria and foundations for effective team building. He focused on the criteria for choosing a leader, including desirable characteristics, and how they can create harmony and interaction among team members. The training course, which was held in the female section for the first time, was a great success.
