The University College in Al-Lith, in association with the Deanship of e-Learning and Distance Education, organized a training course entitled (Effective Electronic Content) for the female faculty members of the Affiliation Program, so that they identify the e-learning system. The training course included practical training on how to upload the electronic content. It was presented by Dr. Iman bint Aouda Al-Harthy, vice-dean of the Deanship of e-Learning and Distance Education in Al-Lith.
The course explained to the female faculty members both the (theoretical and practical) sides. The theoretical side focused on the concept of e-learning, types of e-learning, different environments, forms of e-learning and its system.
The practical side focused on practically introducing the learning management system, main page of the faculty member of the el-learning system; its tools and technologies, forms of use; and presenting the digital content of courses, how to upload the educational content and its patterns. Moreover, it included uploading files to the e-course, and how to showcase reports and statistics about the students visiting the e-course.
The course was concluded by providing technical support to those who have problems with the system in terms of access to or use of the account.
