The Vice Dean of Al-Lith University College for Postgraduate Studies and Scientific Research Dr. Shoruq Wasl Al-Radiadi participated in the international Nanotechnology Conference (International Conference on Small Science in Rome) held in Rome, Italy in the period from Shawal 18-22, 1439 H with a research titled:The Magnetic and Transport Properties of Epitaxial (Fe3O4Mg).
The conference is reckoned an annual forum for international researchers from various scientific specializations to discuss the latest developments and achievements in the nanotechnology field and to exchange scientific expertise between the researchers and the international research centers in this field.
It should be mentioned here that Dr. Shoruq Al-Radiadi has obtained Ph.D. in Experimental Solid State Physics from the University Of Connecticut in the USA. She is currently working as Assistant Professor in the Department of Physics, Al-Lith University College. She has research interests in Preparation of thin films, bilateral links manufacturing, Nanotechnology, manufacturing of solar cells, studying of structural, electrical and magnetic properties of thin films and nanotechnology materials. She is specialized in the technologies of:
Molecular beam epitaxy (MBE), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), Low energy electron diffraction (LEED), Physical Property Measurement System (PPMS), Displex Closed – cycle Refrigeration (CCR) System, X-ray diffraction (XRD).
