The Education and Psychology Department took part in volunteer work, honoring the female laborers who work in the university housing by giving them prayer beads and chocolate, and appreciating the efforts they exert. The activity took place on Tuesday, 19 Rabi` Al-Awwal, 1440 A.H. The female laborers were honored by female students of the Department of Social Work in the Islamic World Geography course 1, division (141), provided by the Education and Psychology Department.
The activity aims:
1. To encourage students to engage in volunteer work.
2. To encourage students to spread the culture of volunteer work.
3. To encourage to extend thanks and appreciation to the female workers in the college.
4. To encourage students to be kind in dealing with the female workers in the college.
5. To promote the spirit of teamwork.
To conclude the activity, the female workers in the college received words of appreciation and gifts from the students.
The activity took place under the supervision of Dr. Eman Al-Harthi, and the course teacher Dr. Fawziya Banaama.
