An Activity entitled (For My Health)

The Department of Social Service (girls section) presented an activity titled: “For my Health”, on Tuesday 17 Rajab 1439AH. The activity was presented by the students of the Social Service Department. The activity aimed to raise sports awareness for physical fitness and continuous activity to strengthen the body and instill the correct concepts of physical education and sports activities. A group of video clips of wrong and right practice of physical activities was played. Additionally, some leaflets about the benefits of doing sports were distributed. The activity was held under the supervision of the Vice Head of the Department, Dr. Rasha Majlad, and the course professor, Ms. Fatima Al-Zahrani.
