This version includes all the work related to the committees, as follows:

  2. Adding topics, their attachments, and related documents.
  3. Voting on the topics, on the part of the members.
  4. Adding recommendations to a topic.
  5. Issuing the minutes.
  6. Submitting the validation request to the authorized person.
  7. Validation of the minutes, on the part of the authorized person.
  8. Reviewing the validation result of each topic.
  9. Issuing a validation letter.

The session will be linked with the WebEx system to hold distance sessions. In addition, a link to each session, with direct powers from the council, will be displayed, in collaboration with the Deanship of E-Learning and Distance Education.

Accordingly, the Deanship of E-Learning has released detailed illustrative user guides for this system. Moreover, starting from today, distance training courses on the mechanism of using this system will be held for the affiliates. It is worth mentioning that links to the training courses and illustrative guides will be displayed on the web page of the Councils and Committees System, on the following link: Click here
