The automatic transfer of the educational preparation sequential program fulfills the wishes of students by transferring them to educational academic majors after completing the requirements for graduation successfully and with a GPA that is not less than 1 out of 4 (pass) within the regular transfer time , taking into consideration the capacity of each department.
Conditions for transferring students from the current major to the new major (with educational preparation):
Completing graduation requirements successfully, with a GPA of 1 out of 4 (pass) at least.
The capacity of each department and faculty
Students are not entitled to receive graduation certificate if they apply to the educational preparation sequential program and the new certificate is issued after the completion of the educational preparation sequential program (indicated in which the basic major in addition to educational preparation).
Students enroll in the educational preparation sequential program after the end of each semester.
Automatic transfer mechanism for the educational preparation sequential program:
The application for enrollment in the educational preparation sequential program is submitted within the regular transfer period for the program via UQU website (My services - the educational preparation sequential program application).
Evaluating the application is provided based on the academic status of the student (which must be ‘expected to graduate’).
Automatic transfer to the educational preparation sequential program will be made via UQU website (My services - the educational preparation sequential program application).
Students are not required to visit the Admission and Registration Deanship or the Faculty of Education Course Centre.
Students will be sent an SMS concerning the execution of the request after the end of the semester during which the student submitted the educational preparation sequential program application.
