1. Receiving the returned objects form the entities returned them after matching the objects with the data prepared by the entity, and making return documents (Model No 9)
2. Categorizing the returns into what can be re-redeemed and what cant not
3. Redeem the valid returns  to the entity submitted the request by material redemption request (Model No 9)
4. Preparing the documents supporting returns and supporting the redeeming of usable returns; and delivering them to the computing officials for recording and pinpointing the amounts of the objects to be sold
5. Preparing the necessary data, minutes and correspondences for completing the allocation of sale procedures
6. Preparing returns redemption documents (Model No 10) for delivering the objects sold the entities concerned
7. Keeping the documents supporting reception or redemption or recall, and distributing their photocopies according to the regulators and instructions.
8. Taking part in conducting an inventory count to the objects with the warehouses
