- Receiving the object from the delivery arena with a photocopy of the supporting documents
- Participating in the committees related to their jobs
- Maintaining the expiration of the items stored, stowing and shelving them, and keeping them in the appropriate containers
- Redeeming the objects by a model redemption request No 7, and completing the procedures and signatures by the competent authority
- Recording the reception and redemption transactions in the item card, and having the storage documented after each transaction
- Preparing the notification notes about the availability of the items related to the warehouse specialty
- Keeping the documents supporting the process of reception, and the originals of the documents supporting the redemption and recall processes, and distributing their photocopies according to regulations and instructions
- Assisting doing inventory count to the objects within the warehouses
