Receiving the objects temporarily from the institutions supplying the stock of the warehouses, and preparing temporary reception note (Model No 1)
Submitting the objects and documents supporting supplying and receiving to the Inspection Committee, and preparing the minutes of the Committee’s decisions
Delivering the objects rejected by the Inspection Committee to the supplying institutions to replace them with the objects matching the specifications
Receiving the objects passed, and preparing reception memo (Model No 2); by virtue of the supplying process documents such as deanship and claim letters and invoices, and delivering the objects and photocopies of the originals supporting the reception process to the warehouse keeper concerned
Reviewing and examining the objects redeemed from all the warehouses with redemption request photocopies (Model No 12) to make sure of the validity of the redemption process
Keeping the documents supporting the reception process, and distribute it photocopies according to the regulations and instructions- as well as the photocopies of the documents supporting the redemption and recall
Assisting conducting inventory count of the objects in the warehouses
