Practical Procedures made by Furniture and Equipment Warehouse

  1. Preparing the data related to the items needed to supply the warehouse with, and pinpointing their specifications, amounts, estimated value
  2. Receiving the objects from the reception place with  a photocopy of the supporting documents
  3. Taking part in the committees related to their field of specialty
  4. Keeping the expiration of the objects stored; and stowing and shelving them, and placing them in the appropriate containers
  5. Redeeming the objects by material redemption request model No 7, completing the procedures and signatures from the competent authority in the entities submitted the request 
  6. Recording the reception, redemption and recall transactions in the item cards, and pinpointing the amount stored after each transactions.
  7. Preparing the notifications showing the availability of the items or not that come under the warehouse specialty
  8. Keeping the photocopies of the documents supporting the reception process, and the originals of the documents supporting the redemption and recall processes, and distributing its their photocopies according to the regulations and instructions
  9. Assisting doing an inventory count to the objects within the warehouses
