In collaboration with the Institute of Public Administration, the UQU Administrative Development Department has launched a number of specialized training programs. These programs are part of the training plan for the development of performance and qualification of graduates at Umm Al-Qura University. The first program, "Warehouse Processing and Arrangement," targeted the staff of the Warehouse Department and the Storage Monitoring Administration. It was held at the Four Points Hotel in Al-Naseem district in Makkah.
The program was designed to help the trainees boost their skills and learn about the modern rules, regulations, and methods of administrative investigation.
The course was presented by the trainer, Mr. Ayman Hadadi, to the staff of the Warehouse Administration and the Storage Monitoring Administration in the presence of the Director of the Warehouse Department, Mr. Mahmoud Buqas, the Director of the Storage Monitoring Administration, Mr. Ahmad Al-Mu`alim, and the administration staff.
The trainer explained how materials are prepared, classified, and sorted in the warehouse's e-system, and introduced the materials storage phases and preservation methods.
Mr. Waleed Simbawah, Head of the Administrative Development Department, pointed out that these programs are the start of a number of other programs that at this stage target warehouse and storage staff. They will be distributed over four weeks, with a new training program each week. They will be carried out in the evening, in an external hotel to achieve quality and away from the work atmosphere to achieve good results. He appreciated the care and support given by His Excellency the President of UQU University, Prof. Abdullah bin Omar Bafail, and the UQU Vice President, Dr. Yassir Shosho, to the Administrative Development Department and for all its programs and activities.
