Dear male and female affiliates at Umm Al-Qura University;
the university prepares to launch the administrative communication system (Masar) during the weekend, according to the following steps:
1- The current administrative communication system will be stopped at 5:00 pm on Thursday, Rabi’II 10, 1439H, corresponding to December 28, 2017.
2- During the stoppage period, the current documents and transactions will be transferred to the new system and required tests will be conducted.
3- The final version of the system will be launched after finishing the required tests on Saturday, Rabi’ II 12, 1439H, corresponding to December 30, 2017, so as to start using it effectively before the formal launching.
