Executive Diploma: Innovation Management in Food Industry
The course includes an introduction to innovation with regards to its principles, development, culture, and its connection with entrepreneurship. Additionally, it will cover four different areas namely, Introduction to Food Entrepreneurship, Food Safety, Serving Food and Beverages, and Food Management. Finally, the course will be concluded with a demonstration project to examine and measure the applicants’ entrepreneurial innovation skills and knowledge.

- A bachelor’s degree awarded by a recognized University or equivalent.
- Associate Degree/ a Higher Diploma or equivalent, with at least 2 years of work experience.
- A recognized professional qualification.-
