Due to the development in technology and knowledge currently witnessed in the Saudi Kingdom, and to keep pace with the accelerated technological progress towards the 4th industrial revolution in all fields, UQU aspires to lead the educational institutions which contribute to qualifying students with the aim of boosting their skills based on the methodology of integrating science, technology, and entrepreneurship to develop their skills and qualify them in line with the requirements of the era of the industrial revolution. To that end, the Institute of Innovation and Entrepreneurship launches the Robot Competition which takes the initiative of finding solutions for the problems and challenges of the current reality.
