Duties:

  • Auditing the payrolls and ensuring that the details stated in the attached documents are implemented.
  • Auditing the overtime sheets; checking the approval of the authorized person, the number of hours, and the assignment days; and taking these into account to deduct the absence and leave days.
  • Auditing the payment orders, related to extra working hours and being a member of a thesis defense committee, for the academic staff members.
  • Auditing the payment orders related to secondment, courses, ticket compensation, postman bonuses, and dealing with funds.
  • Auditing and revising leave compensation and end-of-service allowance for the non-Saudi retired and contracted staff.
  • Auditing and revising the dues of the committees, department councils, and college councils.
