Mission:

Offering outstanding administrative services to contracted academic staff to enable them to perform their duties.

Objectives:

  • Implementation of all the decisions related to the Saudi academic staff and the like (those of the same rank), in accordance with the laws and regulations.
  • E-Implementation of the decisions related to the academic staff and the like, in a short period of time.
  • Development and facilitation of travel procedures.

Duties:

  • E-Approval of travel orders.
  • Travel permission of contracted academic staff.
  • Issuance of departure and reentry visas.
  • Issuance of final departure visas.
  • Issuance of travel orders for contracted academic staff.
  • Issuance of travel orders to Saudi Faculty Members.
  • Issuance of travel orders to administrative employees.
  • Issuance of travel orders to external examiners.
  • Issuance of deduction from pay decisions for those who are not liable to receive travel orders.
  • Issuing decisions regarding the reimbursement of the price of the tickets for the first journey of contracted academic staff, in addition to the reimbursement of the price of the tickets for all the affiliates of the university.
  • Renewing all residence permits for contracted academic staff, in addition to updating and conveying all their data.
  • Issuance of 'sponsorship transfer' letters to and from the university.
