Mission:

To contribute to human development at the university through the provision of promotion services and job competitions with high efficiency.

Objectives:

  • To implement promotion procedures in accordance with regulations and bylaws.
  • To implement the procedures for promotions electronically and in a short time.
  • To develop job competition procedures to ensure equal opportunities among the applicants and nomination of the most efficient of them.

Duties:

  • Carrying out the procedures pertaining to the promotion and wages clause of administrators and employees.
  • Carrying out the procedures for promotion to higher ranks.
  • Carrying out all the procedures pertaining to job competitions for administrative jobs.
  • Modifying and raising the level of jobs to address job freezing in administrative promotions.
  • Reviewing all the documents authenticated by the university's in-charge officials.
  • Disseminating promotions to the university's employees.
