Mission:

To increase the contribution of administrative, technical, and health employees in order to attain the goals of the university, through provision of administrative services that increase their capabilities and convenience.

Objectives:

  • To carry out all decisions relating to administrative, technical, and health employees in accordance with regulations and bylaws.
  • To implement all decisions relating to administrative, technical, and health employees electronically and in a short period of time.
  • To increase the satisfaction of the beneficiaries, including the administrative, technical, and health employees.

Duties:

  1. Issuing all appointment decisions:
  • Appointment of official employees.
  • Appointment of official servants.
  • Appointment of workers, according to the defined wage rankings.
  • Appointment of those who have passed literacy programs.
  • Appointment of the martyrs' families.
  1. Issuing all retirement decisions:
  • Statutory retirement.
  • Early retirement.
  • Retirement due to health disabilities.
  1. Issuing all service termination decisions:
  • Resignation.
  • Dismissal.
  1. Issuing decisions concerned with enrollment termination.
  2. Issuing decisions related to the disbursement of financial dues:
  • Committees.
  • Overtime.
  • Secondments.
  • Internal and external training courses.
  • Leave compensations.
  1. Issuing decisions related to allowances:
  • Recruitment allowances.
  • Nature of work allowances.
  • Transfer allowances.
  • Transportation allowances.
  • Damage, infection and danger allowances.
  • Excellence, scarcity, training and supervision allowances.
  1. Issuing decisions related to bonuses for handling public funds.
  2. Issuing decisions related to postman bonuses.
  3. Issuing decisions to promote health practitioners and technicians.
  4. Issuing decisions related to all types of leaves.
  5. Addressing the medical commission regarding sick leaves exceeding 30 days.
  6. Issuing decisions related to deductions and cancellation of deductions.
  7. Issuing disciplinary penalties (drawing attention, warning, blaming).
  8. Issuing decisions related to work suspensions and cancellation of work suspensions.
  9. Issuing decisions related to transfers from and to the university.
  10. Issuing decisions of job transfers regarding hiring employees permanently.
  11. Issuing internal designation decisions.
  12. Issuing external designation decisions.
  13. Issuing secondment decisions.
  14. Issuing decisions related to granting extra points to health practitioners
  15. Issuing decisions related to granting extra points to administrative staff after dispatching them.
  16. Issuing decisions related to granting excellence awards to the trainees.
