Mission:

Contribute in retaining, maintaining, and indexing the documents and archives.

Objectives:

  • Classification of documents and archives to ensure easy access to them whenever needed.
  • Organization of the documents and archives, taking into account what has been decided with respect to retention periods.

Duties:

  • Archiving all documents.
  • Issuing CV statements.
  • Issuing service statements.
  • Issuing certificate requests for contractors.
  • Issuing file requests for any given entity.
  • Fulfilling the requests of various departments and internal units in the UQU administration.
