- Classification of documents and archives to ensure easy access to them whenever needed.
- Organization of the documents and archives, taking into account what has been decided with respect to retention periods.
- Archiving all documents.
- Issuing CV statements.
- Issuing service statements.
- Issuing certificate requests for contractors.
- Issuing file requests for any given entity.
- Fulfilling the requests of various departments and internal units in the UQU administration.
