The circular of the UQU Vice President No. 4102003261 dated 29 Rabi` Al-Awwal,1441 A.H., article (27) of the rules and procedures of government warehouses, relates to the inventory of the central and sub-warehouses, a full inventory provided at one time (once a year).

Consequently, it has been decided that the deliveries from all the university warehouses will be suspended during the annual inventory period, which will start on Sunday, 18 Rabi` Al-Thani, 1441 A.H., and end on Thursday, 29 Rabi` Al-Thani 1441 A.H., for the inventory committee to be able to exercise its functions as required.

Therefore, we hope that all parties concerned will submit their needs to cover the suspension period in order to ensure the continuity of their work.
