Roles and responsibilities:

• Organize and archive all electronic and paper documents including (department council files – staff members files -student files).
• Manage all department correspondence, electronic or paper, storing them safely and reliably.
• Supervise operational affairs for the department like: cleaning and equipment.
• Place orders for maintenance and requesting department operational supplies  .
