Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage the department surveys and forms required by the deanship of development and quality.
• Prepare reports regarding main and secondary performance indicators for all department programs, indicating areas of strength and areas of improvement.
• Create and monitor all department surveys, contact the university survey center for any data entered on the official university channels.
• Create measurement plan for program learning outcomes and periodically review it if needed.
• Prepare reports for measurement of program learning outcomes reports.
