Roles & Responsibilities:

• Propose a staff and faculty development plan at the start of each academic year.
• Survey the domains needed by the staff members for further improvement arranging them in priorities.
• Organize lectures and workshops specialized in staff members skills and tools. Like blackboard functions , use of smart board etc.
• Follow-up on staff members targeted workshops and meetings on-site and off. Inform staff members of these events.
