Roles & Responsibilities:

• Prepare and submit course schedules for all programs at the beginning of the semester for approval and register.
• Prepare and submit Mid-term and final exams schedules in coordination with the academic office at the Faculty of Applied Medical Sciences.
• Inform each staff member of their role and schedule as “ invigilators ” during exams.
• Monitor the implementation of exam rules and regulations and display these rules clearly on-site for both invigilators and students.
• Fill the examination’s monitor form for each exam and store it in archive.
• Submit incidence report that includes suggested actions for any issues or difficulties arises during exams.
