Roles & Responsibilities:
- Prepare the labs with the resources for educational and research purposes for students and staff.
- Schedule and monitor lab utilization in time slots beyond regular lab timetable.
- Place Lab signs indicating ( lab name – purpose – lab supervisors – fixed regular lab timetable )
- Check lab equipment and modalities periodically and submit any maintenance request.
- Make an inventory for all labs equipment and modalities at the beginning of each year.
- Coordinate lab equipment maintenance procedures and make sure the equipment is in proper shape and function.
- Supervise new orders, equipment’s installation and ensure proper training for the equipment assigned staff members.
- Maintain the security of the premises and assert closing all entrances and exits at the end of the day.
