Annually, 5% of the students who are expected to graduate and have started internship training are selected for the Dean's Honorary List in the College of Medicine, as per the recommendation or direction of the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties and according to the following differentiation criteria:

1. GPA;
2. research activity;
3. participation in extra-curricular activities, voluntary campaigns, and community service;
4. awards received; and
5. adherence to professional behavior and an appealing appearance.
