Scholarship Objectives
Scholarship and training aim to provide the university affiliates with the necessary scientific training to obtain an academic degree or to develop their academic, administrative and technical skills via scholarships, according to the university's interests (first article of the UQU Scholarship and Training Bylaw). Scholarships also aim to give an opportunity to the UQU academic, technical and administrative staff and doctors to raise their efficiency in order to reach an advanced academic and professional level. They will then be able to perform their job tasks in an optimum manner, after obtaining academic qualifications, such as master's, PhD, and fellowships, or developing their administrative and technical skills via training. This is achieved by sending the UQU affiliates on scholarships to specialized and outstanding scientific institutions inside and outside the Saudi Kingdom.
