A: When a student commits a violation, a disciplinary decision shall be issued against the offender which shall be estimated by the Disciplinary Committee at the Deanship of Students Affairs.
A: Yes, students have the right to challenge any disciplinary decision issued against them under article (65) of the list of rights and duties of the student at the university, within a maximum period of 60 days from the date of informing the violating students of the decision issued against them.
A: There are no penalties that can be issued by the disciplinary committee other than the penalties stipulated in article (168) of the Student Rights and Duties Regulations.
The student who has committed a violation shall not be exempted from punishment on the pretext of not being aware of the university's regulations, as stipulated in article (166) of the University's Rights and Duties Regulations.
