The Administrative Communications Unit is one of the college’s most important units that follows the college dean and vice-dean. It bears very important duties and responsibilities; they are:

  • Receiving the secret transactions and sending them, according to the dean or vice-dean’s instructions, to the college’s departments or other managements of the university.
  • Receiving the incoming transaction, whether online or by hand.
  • Sending the transactions to the managements concerned in the college after the dean reviews them.
  • Sending all the college and departments’ transactions to every management in or out of the college.
  • Sending paper transactions via the college’s correspondents.
  • Replying all the inquiries and receiving reviewers.
  • Receiving a large numbers of files of academic posts candidates.
  • The Communications Unit is responsible for the file of contracts related to both of the faculty members or the cooperating technicians.
  • Preparing the decisions made by the college dean or vice-deans.
  • Preparing the promotions of the faculty members.
