Duties of the Administrative Communications Unit:

  1. Receiving confidential transactions and sending them, according to the instructions of the dean or vice dean, to the college departments or other departments of UQU.
  2. Receiving incoming transactions, whether online or by hand.
  3. Forwarding the transactions to the relevant college departments after the dean has reviewed them.
  4. Sending all the college and department transactions to every department inside or outside the college.
  5. Sending paper transactions via the college’s correspondents.
  6. Responding to all enquiries and receiving reviewers.
  7. Preparing memos, minutes, and decisions issued by the Dean and Vice Deans of the College.
