Tasks of the Documents Unit in the Documents and Administrative Communications Center:
- To implement the regulations of the National Center for Archives and Records.
- To prepare and follow up executive plans in the areas of:
- Objective classification of administrative transactions.
- Classification of internal authorities in the university.
- Destruction of administrative transactions.
- Preservation of administrative transactions.
- Assessment of documents.
- Counting the documents of internal authorities.
- Activation of life cycle of documents and circulating them to internal authorities.
- Applying the life cycle for documents on an archiving system in coordination with the Electronic Services Unit.
- Communication with the National Center for Archives and Records for the enquiry and delivery of plans to be accredited.
- Preparation and following up of promotional materials and delivering them to the Electronic Services Unit.
- Collection of the lists and regulations relative to the employee and the job and maintaining them within the archiving system.
- Following up archives with internal authorities in coordination with the Electronic Services Unit.
- Sending technical support requests relative to the Electronic Archiving System to the Electronic Services Unit.
