Masar Communications System relies on applying the organizational Structure in transactions.

 

The organizational Structure

Is the official mechanism through which the management of the organization can be done through determining the lines of power and communication between directors and subordinates.

First: The terms used:

Job Role The administrative level of powers. It is divided to:

 

1- Job role (managing director): It means the university staff member hired for an administrative position under one of the following titles:

 

University President

 

University Vice Presidents

 

Managing Directors

Deans of colleges, deanships, and administrative institutions

 

Heads of academic departments

 

Heads of departments

Vice Deans of colleges, deanships, and administrative institutions

 

Advisers

 

Director assistants

 

Supervisors of administrations

2- Job role (employee): The university staff member hired for a non-administrative position

 

 

Second: The reference policy in the administrative communications system:

The administrative communication system users follow the administrative hierarchy according to the approved organizational structure. The mechanism is as follows:

1- University staff (academic):

Faculty members (men - women) in colleges, deanships, institutions are allowed to communicate with each of:

(B) University staff in colleges, deanships, institutions are allowed to communicate with each of the following:

Third: Job Role (managing director) and it is for administrative positions as previously defined.

Everyone with powers in administrations represents what is known as the “main administrations”. They are as following:

    A/ The position of a “vice deanship” supervising the bodies affiliated to it. The position can refer to:

B/ The position of a “Dean - Supervisor” supervises the administrative or academic departments. That position can refer to:

C/ the position of “college vice dean - deanship - institution” supervises the department directly affiliated to it. The position can refer to:
