Tasks of the Administrative Transactions Distribution Unit in the Documents and Administrative Communications Center are as follows:

• Distribution of administrative transactions from internal bodies in the university according to a table circulated by mail distributors.

• Archiving the statements of delivering the administrative transactions.

• Preserving mail lists in a box file.

• Counting the number of delivery statements for each distributor and the daily delivery of statistics to Administrative Affairs in the center.
