The tasks of the Administrative Affairs Unit in Documents and Administrative Communications Center will be as follows:

• To prepare the center letters.

• To prepare assignment letters.

• To collect work statistics and productivity from units.

• To submit weekly reports for employee attendance.

• To fill in a table about the employees containing the different kinds of leave and absenteeism on a monthly basis.

• To supervise invitation circulars with the center's mail distributor and coordinate with the receiving bodies.

• To deliver a weekly copy of statistics to the center's Electronic Services Unit.

• To register maintenance reports and follow them up.

• To determine meeting dates and organize them.
