Registered books and personal messages are to be delivered to the hand of the person in the main center for men and in the female subsidiary system for women according to a specific receiving form and the delivery of a copy of the form to the Public Incoming Unit.
Unregistered books and magazines are to be delivered to King Abdullah bin Abdul-Aziz University Library.
Destruction of bank statement cards, counting them, and recording them on a specified form.
Destruction of ATM cards, counting them, and recording them on a specified form.
Adherence to the following outgoing mail standards:
Archiving the statements of mail outgoing from the center on a daily basis, and preserving them for a month in a specified file.
Archiving the outgoing forms by processing the attachments.
Archiving registered personal transaction forms with Saudi Mail statements in a specified box file for a month.
Archiving the statements of outgoing mail from the center with the Saudi Mail statement in the Incoming Confidential Documents Unit at the end of each month.
Delivering the statistics table to the Administrative Affairs Unit in the Documents and Administrative Communication Center.
