Duties of the College’s Vice Deanship for Academic Affairs

Duties of the Vice Deanship:

  • Application of the scientific methods and supervision of the exams for the male and female students of the college at the undergraduate level.
  • Supervision of the study performance of the students (males and females) in the college.
  • Formation of committees dealing with the medical and non-medical excuses.
  • Issuance of graduation documents and educational records of the students (males and females) in the college.
  • Registration of the results of the male and female students.
  • Coordination of the exam timetables and the follow-up of their progress. Creation of the college's academic databases and the different academic statistics. Supervision of the procedures of admission and registration in the college.
  • Supervision of the academic committees affiliated to the academic office in the male and female sections.
  • Coordination with the medical colleges in all academic matters.
  • Coordination with the Deanship of Admission and Registration and the Deanship of Students Affairs in this regard.
  • Coordination with the College's Vice Dean for Academic Development and Community Service.
